Studio Loam · Interiors
We design interiors meant to be lived in hard and still look considered in ten years - natural materials, honest proportions, nothing decorative for its own sake.

How We Work Together
12-20 weeks
Concept through installation - layouts, materials, joinery, furniture, styling, and site supervision.
3-5 weeks
Measured drawings and a resolved floor plan for how a space should actually work before you build.
Hourly / retainer
Material and trade guidance alongside your builder, so decisions get made before they get expensive.
2-4 weeks
Furniture, art, and object sourcing for a room that's structurally done but doesn't yet feel finished.
The Studio
Studio Loam works in oak, lime plaster, wool, stone, and unlacquered brass - materials that record time rather than resist it. We start every project with samples on a table, not a mood board on a screen.
We take on a limited number of projects each year so the designer you meet is the one who sees it through to the final site visit.

“They talked us out of three expensive ideas and the result was better for it.”
— J. Marlowe
“The joinery detailing alone was worth the engagement. Genuinely considered work.”
— Dwell Magazine
